John is the Owner and Founder of Paladin Home Inspection Services, LLC. John grew up in Indiana and Cape Coral, Florida and attended Cypress Lake High School. He graduated Indiana University with a degree in Psychology, and a Masters in Counseling from Indiana State University. After serving as a Personnel Officer in the US Air Force, John transitioned into the manufacturing world as a Human Resources generalist. That led to a long career in safety and training. As a Safety Specialist, John received training in all aspects of the safety process including, Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation/Air Flow, Machine Safety Guarding/Design, Process Safety Improvement and Functional Employee Safety. After completing comprehensive training with the National Safety Council, he was an authorized instructor for the OSHA safety courses, covering all aspects of employee and industrial safety including Confined Space, Fall Protection, Chemical Safety (Hazard Communication), Lockout/Tagout and has 25+ years of safety experience. John is a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) His wife, Kelli, manages the business, and will probably answer your call. She has over 20+ years in Real Estate and Property Management experience.
